Radisson Hotel & Suites Fort McMurray

I really loved how the hotel rooms were well cleaned and prepared for us guests. The hallway was really peaceful and there was no disturbance that we can report. The staff was really friendly and always greeted us when we were leaving or coming back. Every inch of the hotel was amazingly clean. Definitely will book at Radisson again for sure.

Good people at desk and room service need to be served to the room why it has be picked up when u guys have room service if u guys can’t drop it off to the room and other then that good service

Hi The stay was great 2 things were not great, The pool was so cold I couldn't get in it, there was 3 kids hockey teams and they weren't using it either. 2 ... my husband has a disability and he had alot of problem getting on and off the toliet, I inquired about the disability room but was told that it is the same height , that made things hard. The restraunt was closed by the time we got there so we never used it...

It was very well kept and the staff were so polite.
