Good people at desk and room service need to be served to the room why it has be picked up when u guys have room service if u guys can’t drop it off to the room and other then that good service

Hi The stay was great 2 things were not great, The pool was so cold I couldn't get in it, there was 3 kids hockey teams and they weren't using it either. 2 ... my husband has a disability and he had alot of problem getting on and off the toliet, I inquired about the disability room but was told that it is the same height , that made things hard. The restraunt was closed by the time we got there so we never used it...

I felt safer then where the other hotels that are located in fort mac. It was clean and comfortable beds.

great place to stay with kids due to the pool and restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out due to our work times. Clean throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

It was a comfortable room, but the air conditioner was hard to figure out and room got really hot and stuffy. It would be nice to open a window. Overall it was a good stay

Probably the best value for the buck in Fort Mac today. Some are newer, but charge significantly more. Breakfast was great.
